The media firm owned by TV presenter, podcast host and brand ambassador Vogue Williams recorded post tax profits of almost €700,000 last year.

New accounts filed by the Dubliner’s Howth Media Ltd at Companies House in the UK show profits increased by £596,957 (€689,263) to £3.25m (€3.76m) in the 12 months to the end of July last.

The £3.25m in accumulated profits compare to accumulated profits of £2.65m at the end of the prior year.

The accounts show that the firm advanced an interest free £2m loan to Ms Williams during the year and a note states that the loan has been repaid in full by Wednesday of this week, April 22.

The £2m loan impacted the company’s cash funds as they reduced from £3.2m at the start of the financial year to £1.4m at the end of last July.

During the same period, the amount owed to the firm by debtors increased sharply from £18,296 to £2.2m.

The firm also made an investment under the heading of fixed assets during the year with a book value of £505,648.

A note attached to the accounts states that revenue comprises podcast fees, brand ambassador fees and TV appearance fees.

The podcaster’s profile increased in the UK last year when she appeared on I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here.

In the account signed off by Ms Williams on Wednesday April 22, they show that the firm declared no dividend last year after paying out a dividend of £539,015 to owner Vogue Williams in the prior year.

Today, Ms Williams is able to leverage the likes of her large Instagram following of 1.2 million followers with well known brands for lucrative ambassador deals.

This year, the popular Dubliner appeared as Grand Marshal for this year’s St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Dublin.

The accounts do not disclose the revenues for the year as the company is not required to do so due to the size of the company.

Numbers employed by the business remained at four.

The surge in profits for the firm followed Williams’ and Joanne McNally’s “My Therapist Ghosted Me!” becoming one of the hottest tickets in live entertainment with sold out shows across the globe.

Figures released by trade industry Pollstar show that the two generated €2.36m at the box office from five sell out shows across the 12 months at the 3Arena alone from November 2023 to November 2024 before a combined audience of 39,873.

The two launched their podcast in April 2021 and it now reaches 3.5 million listeners per month.

The company has consistently posted strong after profits in recent years.

The post tax profit of £596,957 follows post tax profits of £191,139 in 2024, profits of £1.13m in 2023, profits of £479,161 in 2022 and profits of £220,837 for 2021.

The business woman – who celebrated a milestone 40th birthday last October – lives in London with husband, Spencer Matthews and they have three young children together and announced in recent days that the couple are expecting their fourth child.

Ms Williams has registered her company in the UK where her profile has soared in recent years through her TV work.
