Hillary Rodham Clinton has been named as the latest recipient of the Sutherland Leadership Award.
Ms Clinton will receive her award at the 2025 Business & Finance Leadership Awards, hosted by Business & Finance, at the Convention Centre Dublin on Thursday, December 11 in association with KPMG.
A former US Secretary of State, US Senator and First Lady, Ms Clinton has been recognised as one of the most influential public servants of her generation.
Other recipients of the award include European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, European Central Bank President Christine Lagarde, former Italian Prime Minister Mario Draghi, Henry (Hank) Paulson, Dame Louise Richardson, and Speaker Emerita Nancy Pelosi.
The Sutherland Leadership Award was established in 2018 with the support of the Sutherland Family to recognise outstanding international leaders who have embodied the values of one of the country’s and Europe’s finest leaders, Peter Sutherland.
Ian Hyland, President and Publisher of Business & Finance, said Secretary Clinton has long exemplified the values of ethical leadership, diplomacy and public service that Peter Sutherland stood for.
