Tullamore-based fashion entrepreneur and social media influencer Lisa McGowan is now the latest high profile company owner to put their finances beyond public scrutiny.

This follows Ms McGowan moving to change the status of her Lisa’s Lust List firm from limited to unlimited where the company will now no longer be required to file annual accounts detailing profits and director’s pay to the Companies Registration Office (CRO).

Instead, Ms McGowan will be required only to submit an annual return for Lisa’s Lust List to the CRO which will contain no financial figures.

On Monday October 5, Ms McGowan’s pay package of €1.9m for 2025 – made up of €1.51m in emoluments and €384,002 in pension contributions – received national attention with the news reporting of her firm’s 2025 financial performance.

Now in documents lodged with the CRO, they show that Ms McGowan had signed off a company’s General Resolution two days previous on October 3 changing Lisa’s Lust List Ltd from limited to unlimited.

Others to make a similar move to change the status of their company to unlimited include Hozier, The 2 Johnnies, RTE broadcaster Marty Morrissey, Peter Kelly aka Franc, Neven Maguire and retired jockey Rachael Blackmore.

Ms McGowan’s company will now be called Lisa’s Lust List Unlimited.

The firm’s amended constitution states that some of the firm’s objectives include to act as an ambassador for various beauty and fashion products; to act as an agent, importer, retailer, wholesaler, or distributor for all types of fashion wear, fabrics and garments and to act as a boutique or retail outlet.

Ms McGowan’s pay of €1.51m for 2025 equated to average pre-tax pay of €29,172 a week or €4,167 a day for 2025.

Ms McGowan’s pay package for last year followed on from a record pay package of €3.063m she received in 2024 made up of €2.67m in emoluments and €384,002 in pension contributions.

Her pre-tax pay – excluding pension contributions – across the four years from 2025 and 2022 totals €6.1m which includes €969,275 in 2023 and €986,067 in 2022.

Ms McGowan, from Tullamore, Co Offaly, only started her online promotional work after she won the best-dressed lady competition at the Galway Races in 2016.

An insurance broker by profession in the family firm, Ms McGowan only incorporated Lisa’s Lust List Ltd in November 2017.
