Financial Technology company Revolut has announced plans for premium airport lounges across Europe.
The company’s first step in this international roll-out has officially begun with the signing of an inaugural partnership agreement with Copenhagen Airport (CPH).
It said this will establish a premium design blueprint that Revolut will scale across key European markets in 2027 and beyond.
The Fin Tech which now has 75 million customers worldwide, chose CPH as its flagship Revolut Lounge and expects it to be the largest common use lounge in the Schengen area.
Hadi Nasrallah, Director – Product GP & New Bets, Revolut said they wanted to create something “gutsy and beautiful”.
“Copenhagen is a perfect fit, the city can be similarly described and is in a key growth market for us, the Nordics.
“We’ll strive to set a new standard for airport hospitality across Europe and bring more unique benefits to Revolut customers when they travel,” said Mr Nasrallah.
This latest move follows news of the company’s plans for its inaugural Revolut Store in Barcelona.
The Copenhagen Revolut Lounge will be delivered together with Plaza Premium Group (PPG), Revolut Ltd’s operating and investment partner for the Copenhagen launch.

The operational roll-out of Revolut’s Copenhagen Airport location is slated for 2027.
