{"id":27587,"date":"2025-11-26T20:22:46","date_gmt":"2025-11-27T01:22:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sharewatch.com\/wp\/2025\/11\/26\/orwell-healthcare-to-create-200-new-jobs\/"},"modified":"2025-11-26T20:22:46","modified_gmt":"2025-11-27T01:22:46","slug":"orwell-healthcare-to-create-200-new-jobs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sharewatch.com\/wp\/2025\/11\/26\/orwell-healthcare-to-create-200-new-jobs\/","title":{"rendered":"Orwell Healthcare to create 200 new jobs"},"content":{"rendered":"<section class=\"medium-10 medium-offset-1 columns article-body\" itemprop=\"articleBody\" data-epic-field=\"content\">\n<p>Orwell Healthcare is set to create 200 new part time and full-time roles.<\/p>\n<p>It comes as the company announced an expansion of its services, with the near completion of a newly renovated and extended \u20ac30 million care facility in Dublin.<\/p>\n<p>The purpose built 138 bed residence will re-open early next year, increasing the organisation&#8217;s total capacity to 308 beds across its existing Orwell Private residence on Orwell Road and its second care facility, also located in Dublin 6, which is due to re-open in early 2026.<\/p>\n<p>The announcement comes as Nursing Homes Ireland warns that the country must add more than 1,000 residential care beds every year to meet the needs of an ageing population.<\/p>\n<p>The 200 new jobs will include Clinical Nurse Managers, Staff Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, Social Care and Activities professionals, Accommodation and Facilities staff, and Reception and Administration positions.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This development is a major investment in the future of residential care in Ireland,&#8221; said Peter Jones, Group CEO of Orwell Healthcare.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We are creating a premium environment where comfort, dignity, and clinical excellence come together.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;With the national need for care beds growing year on year, this project expands our capacity at a critical moment and provides a home families can trust for their loved ones,&#8221; he added.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Orwell Healthcare is set to create 200 new part time and full-time roles.
