Zara and Pull&Bear are set to expand their stores at Dublin’s Dundrum Town Centre.
Zara will increase its footprint by 43% from 26,300 sq ft to 37,700 sq ft.
Pull&Bear will relocate within the centre and treble its existing footprint from 2,477 sq ft to 8,394 sq ft.
The upgraded Zara store is set to be completed next year, while the Pull&Pear expansion will be finished later this year.
“As we look forward, there is a promising pipeline for the rest of 2025 which will feature new openings and firsts for Dundrum Town Centre,” said Connor Owens, Managing Director, Asset Management (Ireland).
Hammerson, the owner of the centre which attracts over 13 million people annually, said it plans to transform the space beyond retail into a mixed-use town centre.
