Pepper Advantage said it will rebrand next year as the Continuum Credit Group, an international credit management, technology and financial services company.
The rebrand follows the group’s ownership under JC Flowers & Co and its separation from the Pepper Group.
Pepper Advantage said the change will not affect customer arrangements, account terms or regulatory protections.
Under JC Flowers, the company has seen significant growth and investment, including the proposed acquisition of Dilosk and ICS Mortgages in Ireland and the purchase of Computershare Loan Services in the UK.
Continuum currently manages about €75 billion in assets and provides credit management, loan servicing, technology, data and analytics services to lenders, investors, banks, fintechs and other financial institutions.
Continuum will also provide a single identity for the group and its portfolio of specialist brands, including Dilosk, Harbour Credit and Zephyr Homeloans.
As part of the rebrand, the company’s credit management PRISM platform – which manages over £2.5 billion in Assets Under Management (AUM) at present and is on track to surpass £5 billion in AUM by the end of 2026 – will be renamed ContinuumOS.
Pepper Advantage Ireland’s loan servicing business will transition to Engage Credit Ireland.
“The launch of Continuum will mark a defining point for our business,” said Fraser Gemmell, Group CEO of Pepper Advantage.
“This will be more than just a new name. It will be a new identity that brings our capabilities across credit management, access and technology together in a clear and compelling way,” Mr Gemmell said.
The Continuum brand will launch in January 2027, subject to legal and regulatory approval, and will include a transition of corporate materials, digital channels and legal entity names where required.
