Homebuilder Glenveagh Properties said today it plans to delist its ordinary shares from the London Stock Exchange from Monday November 30.

Glenveagh said that after its London delisting, it will continue to have its primary listing on Euronext Dublin.

The company said it had undertaken a review of its listing structures, adding that it had “carefully considered”, among other things, the level of trading activity in its shares on the LSE as well as the additional cost, and regulatory and administrative obligations arising from retaining the listing in London.

Following the review, it said it had concluded that it is in the best interests of the company and its shareholders to proceed with the LSE delisting.

Glenveagh is required to give at least 20 business days’ notice of the delisting from the London Stocks Exchange.

It is expected that its delisting in London will become effective at 8am on Monday 30 November 2026.

This means the last day of trading in the company’ ordinary shares on the LSE will be Friday 27 November.
