Global professional services firm Marsh has appointed Tom Geraghty as CEO, Marsh Europe.
A native of Galway, Tom Geraghty will be based in Dublin and report to Flavio Piccolomini, CEO, Marsh International.
He will take up his new role in November.
Mr Geraghty will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of Marsh’s Europe region.
He will succeed Christos Adamantiadis, who has been appointed as Global Head of Placement and Market Solutions, Marsh Risk.
Mr Geraghty will continue to serve as President of Marsh’s People and Investments business, Europe, a position he has held since 2019.
“Having spent most of my career with the business, I’ve seen firsthand the strength of our people and the trust our clients place in us,” Mr Geraghty said.
“Building on our already strong foundations across Europe, my focus will be ensuring our clients gain the forward-looking services and solutions they need to create more opportunities for growth,” he added.
