Financial advisory firm SYS Financial has bought Bandon based firm ODM Financial Advisors.
This marks SYS Financial’s third acquisition in Cork within the past year, further expanding its presence in the region.
It said the deal increases SYS Financial’s client assets under management (AUM) by €120 million, bringing the firm’s current client AUM to over €900 million.
The company also said it was several additional acquisitions in the pipeline andis targeting further significant AUM growth this year.
Tony Delaney, CEO of SYS Financial noted the purchase marks the company’s third
acquisition in Cork within the past year underlining the region’s importance to their growth strategy.
Dan Murphy, Director at ODM Financial Advisers, said that becoming part of a larger organisation allows them to enhance their offering.
Founded in 2015, SYS Financial currently has offices Nenagh, Dublin, Cork and Limerick.
