PTSB has announced two senior appointments to the bank’s leadership team.
Fiona McMahon has been appointed Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and Mairead Kirwan as Head of Compliance. They will begin their new roles on Monday 11 August.
Ms McMahon is a former Chief Risk Officer at Ulster Bank Ireland and previously was Director of Compliance at that bank. She joined PTSB in January of this year as Head of Risk.
Ms Kirwan has worked at PTSB since 2015. Until this appointment, she has worked as Deputy Head of Compliance and Head of Regulatory Affairs at PTSB and is a former Head of Financial Crime Compliance.
“As PTSB continues to grow and compete, these two appointments will play a critical role in ensuring that risk management is at the heart of our decision-making process,” said Eamonn Crowley, CEO of PTSB.
