Penneys has launched a new app in Ireland to allow customers browse their latest trends and check stock in their local stores.
While you won’t be able to purchase goods online, the retailer said it wants to “harness the power of digital” to support its stores.
The app, which is now available to download from the Apple Store and Google Play Store, also provides information on store locations and opening hours.
Customers can choose to opt-in for personalised notifications to stay up to date on the latest arrivals, collection launches and exclusive updates.
“We know our customers love the buzz of a Penneys store – from discovering the latest trends to picking up everyday essentials for the family,” said Fintan Costello, Head of Penneys Ireland and Northern Ireland.
“Our digital channels are driving shoppers into our stores, and so with more people browsing online before they shop, the Penneys app extends that experience, offering a convenient and inspiring way to explore our ranges anytime, anywhere,” he added.
