Irish technology solutions firm ProStrategy plans to double its Irish workforce with 75 new roles in business analysis, software engineering, and solution consultancy over the next five years.
The company – based in Dublin and Cork – is 40 years in business this year.
Its clients include Primark, PTSB, CityJet, Tennants, Payzone, Heineken, Ecco shoes, Gem and McCauley Pharmacies.
Founded in 1985, ProStrategy provides business management software solutions to a range of small, medium and international businesses aimed at improving their enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer engagement, data analytics and AI, and overall operational performance.
Sean Hanley, Commercial Director at ProStrategy, said the dawn of AI agents will bring change to how a typical Irish business operates, making software smarter, more proactive, and far easier to use.
“Instead of manually updating systems or chasing reports, business leaders can expect AI to handle routine tasks such as data entry and even suggest actions in real time. This shift means less time spent on admin and more focus on growth, strategy, and customers. We’re committed to helping Irish businesses stay ahead as this new era of intelligent tools becomes the norm,” Mr Hanley said.
