One ETF closely tracking Financial stocks is the Financial Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLF), which is down 0.8% in midday trading, and up 8.87% on a year-to-date basis. Ventas Inc, meanwhile, is up 12.73% year-to-date, and Welltower Inc is up 23.80% year-to-date.
