Homebuilder Glenveagh Properties has agreed a deal with the Land Development Agency to deliver 337 homes in the Cork Docklands.
The deal is worth around €150m, which equates to just over €445,000 per home.
The homes are already under construction and are part of a 1,178 unit development by Glenveagh.
Glenveagh said today’s deal is its sixth major active transaction with an Irish public body through its dedicated Partnerships business, after the awarding of three additional partnerships in 2025, including the sale at Brownsbarn in Dublin in January for 139 homes in a deal worth €52m.
CEO of Glenveagh Stephen Garvey said the completion of the Cork Docklands transaction with the Land Development Agency marks a significant milestone for Glenveagh.
“The partnership underscores our commitment to delivering high-quality homes and highlights our strategic focus on public-private collaborations and our ability to execute large-scale projects efficiently,” the CEO said.
“With construction already progressing on site, this project represents the sixth active initiative for our Partnerships division, further solidifying our position as a leading homebuilder in Ireland,” he added.
