Cotton futures are 7 to 8 points in the red in the front months on Tuesday. Crude oil futures are down a penny/barrel on the day. The US dollar index isup 565 points on the day.
The Seam reported 12,432 bales of online sales on January 27 at an average price of 59.98 cents/lb. ICE cotton stocks were unchanged on Monday, at 218 bales of certified stocks. The Cotlook A Index was up 65 points on 1/24 at 78.55 cents/lb. The USDA Adjusted World Price (AWP) was down another 27 points from the previous week last Thursday afternoon at 53.71 cents/lb.

May 25 Cotton is at 68.29, down 7 points,
Jul 25 Cotton is at 69.44, down 7 points
